Operator Assembly

We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for several Assembly Operators to join our team in Helmond.

Every day, we’re building smart electric vehicles that shape the future of urban mobility. It’s hands-on work with a purpose — in a team that’s ambitious, curious, and ready to scale up.

About the job

At Qarry, we’re building the next generation of smart electric vehicles for urban mobility. As our production team continues to grow, we’re looking for Assembly Operators who want more than repetitive factory work, people who enjoy technology, teamwork, and improving the way things are built.

Over the past six months, our production team has grown rapidly and that growth is largely thanks to the dedication and initiative of our assembly operators.

What started as a production team has evolved into a young, energetic group that actively helps shape how we build. Our operators don’t just assemble vehicles. They improve processes, solve problems, and take ownership of responsibilities that traditionally belonged to engineering.

Several team members have already grown into additional responsibilities within quality control, process improvement, 5S, and technical support. We work in a close knit team where people help each other, take initiative, and continuously improve together.

This is hands on technical work in a fast moving and ambitious environment. And at the end of the week, we like to wrap things up together with drinks on Friday afternoon.

If you like working with your hands, improving things together with your team, and building innovative vehicles in a fast moving environment, you’ll fit right in.

What you will do

  • As an Assembly Operator, you’ll be involved in multiple stages of the production process, including:

    • Picking and preparing parts and materials

    • Quality control and inspection

    • 3D printer setup and programming

    • Process improvements and production optimization

    • Supporting engineering improvements on the production floor

    What we’re looking for

    • Minimum MBO level working and thinking ability, preferably in a technical field

    • Experience in assembly, production, automotive, manufacturing, or engineering is a plus

    • Someone who likes hands on technical work and solving practical problems

    • A proactive mindset and willingness to improve processes together with the team

    • Team players who enjoy building something meaningful together

What we offer

  • Salary between between €2,500 and €3,600 per month
